Timothy R. Boyce
Chairman | Director of Ecosystem Development
Tim has extensive experience in leadership development and scaling businesses across a broad spectrum of industries. His expertise in management consulting is highlighted by roles such as Partner-in-Charge at Grant Thornton, Managing Director at The Hackett Group where he led their Answerthink business unit, and SVP at Hitachi Consulting where he was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. As an entrepreneur, he acquired his first multi-million-dollar business at age 24 and has since founded several startups, including MyBizWorld, iHs, BBE Group, and Luminosity Capital.
Today, Tim serves as Chairman of the Board of Managers at Sypnios, KMG Propel, and Agora Partners Holdings. He is also a Board Member of Bosko Partners, Solutions Now, and Luminosity Capital, and serves as President and sole Manager of BBE Group. As a Venture Partner, he coaches CEOs on leadership development, strategic growth, and creating flourishing businesses that have enduring impact.

Tim holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University, following his education at Pine Crest Preparatory School.
Dave McCalley

Dave McCalley has two decades of leadership experience at asset manager American Century Investments where he was the lead executive for the Digital team, Call Centers, Investor Centers and Client Communications. He spent seven years as CEO of N-Vu a startup serving professional photographers and most recently President of Capital, a custom software development company. In addition to his vocational work, Dave is active in several areas of ministry. He is enrolled at Talbot Theological Seminary, where he is pursuing an MA in Christian Apologetics. He also holds a BGS in music, finance and communication arts from the University of Missouri and a MS Ed in exercise physiology and biomechanics from the University of Kansas.

As the CEO of I/ONX High Performance Compute, he scaled the company to a $250 million valuation by assembling top-tier teams and developing innovative technology solutions. With AMPT Growth Partners, Pete serves as a fractional CEO and growth expert, guiding private equity groups, founders, and Fortune 500 companies through operational breakthroughs, business turnarounds, and strategic exits.

Brian Halbeisen
Chief Credit Officer
Brian’s career spans over 25 years with extensive experience in the capital markets industry which includes three distinct career tracks, Commercial and Industrial lending, Residential and Multi-Family mortgage, and Alternative Lending.
Brian is an accomplished executive with many years of experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, and strategic leadership within the banking and financial services industry. With a proven track record of overseeing credit portfolios, he ensures the effective management of the credit risk and the development of sound lending practices.
Brian is responsible for setting credit policy, evaluating risk management strategies, and working with senior leadership to guide the organization’s credit decisions. Under Brian’s leadership, companies such as Lehman Brothers, Lehman Brothers Bank and Sharestates Investments has consistently adhered to sound principles while maintaining a strong growth trajectory and profitability. His experience spans the entire credit lifecycle, from origination and underwriting to collections and risk mitigation, providing the foundation for the organization’s success.
Brian holds a Degree in Business Finance & Administration from MSU Denver University and has earned formal credit training from Moody’s, Series 7 & 63 licenses. He is known for his strong analytical skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex credit challenges. A passionate advocate for building sustainable credit practices while balancing growth and prudent risk management.

Matt Schulz
Chief Technology Officer and Head of Business Innovation
Matt Schulz is a technology and product innovation leader who leverages first principles thinking and advanced technology to solve complex business challenges. He focuses on driving technology strategy, platform innovation, and scalable infrastructure to power Agora’s redemptive credit platform and long-term growth.
With more than 20 years of leadership across InsurTech, financial services, real estate, food & beverage, and entertainment, Matt has built a reputation for architecting forward-looking digital platforms and delivering measurable business transformation. He has held key product and strategy roles at USAA, American Family Insurance, Harrah’s Entertainment, Keller Williams, and Einstein Bagels.
Matt is widely recognized for shaping how agents work beyond the office through mobile technology and envisioning the future of insurance and financial services. Most recently, he led the development of Keller Williams’ API Marketplace and spearheaded AI and technology modernization at a leading independent insurance brokerage. Over his career, he has built and scaled digital platforms, launched multiple ventures, secured a patent in AI, and consistently driven double-digit improvements in sales and operational performance.
Matt holds an MBA and dual bachelor’s degrees in International Business and Information Technology, along with PMP, SAFe Agile, and CIW certifications.
